docs: Update DeploymentGuide.md with new parameters and resource group reuse instructions

Purpose

This PR updates the DeploymentGuide.md documentation to reflect recent changes made to the PowerShell deployment script used in the DKM Accelerator.

Key updates include:

• Documented three new mandatory parameters:

  • tenantId
  • environmentName
  • resourceGroupName

• Updated the parameter order in the deployment section.

• Added clear instructions for reusing existing resource groups, including environment name handling.

• Replaced the old image to accurately reflect the updated deployment prompt UI.

• Ensure that the updated parameter list matches the actual script input sequence.
