docs: Merge dev into main (Deployment Guide Improvements and UX Updates)

• Update the Deployment Guide (docs/DeploymentGuide.md) to clarify required parameters and improve deployment instructions.
• Add new sections about resource group configuration and environment naming.
• Update deployment screen image (docs/images/deployment/Deployment_Screen01.png) for enhanced user guidance.
• Clarify steps for both new and existing Azure resource groups, with additional guidance for AKS restarts and environment consistency.
