Purpose
This pull request contains two targeted updates: one increases the timeout for file uploads in a deployment script, and the other updates the version of the Azure Search Service module used in the infrastructure configuration.
Deployment script improvement:
Send-FilesToEndpointfunction from 5 minutes (300,000 ms) to 20 minutes (1,200,000 ms) insend-filestoendpoint.psm1, allowing more time for large file uploads to complete.Infrastructure module update:
main.bicepfrom version0.9.1to0.11.1, which may include new features, bug fixes, or performance improvements.Does this introduce a breaking change?
