docs: merging doc changes to main branch

Purpose

• This pull request updates documentation to clarify environment configuration steps and default parameter values for Azure deployments. The main changes focus on improving the clarity of setup instructions and updating default values to better reflect user workflows.

Documentation improvements:

• Revised the environment configuration steps in docs/DeploymentGuide.md to provide a clearer, step-by-step guide for creating and filling out the .env file, including instructions for cases where azd automatically generates the file.

Default parameter updates:

• Updated the default value of AZURE_LOCATION in docs/CustomizingAzdParameters.md to indicate that users select the location during deployment, rather than defaulting to eastus2.
• Changed the default value for AZURE_ENV_MODEL_CAPACITY from 200 to 150 in docs/CustomizingAzdParameters.md to better align with typical subscription limits.
