This pull request removes the
USE_LOCAL_BUILDparameter and related functionality across multiple files, simplifying the deployment process and refactoring resource assignments. It also introduces new parameters for AI deployment locations and updates metadata for improved clarity.Removal of
USE_LOCAL_BUILDfunctionalityRemoved local code publishing as part of deployment. This is now a post deployment optional step which users can perform if required.
