Purpose
This pull request updates the documentation to include instructions for reusing an existing Azure AI Foundry Project during deployment. The changes add a new parameter, detailed guidance, and a dedicated page for this process.

New Deployment Parameter: Added
Existing Azure AI Foundry Projectas a configurable parameter in the deployment guide to allow reusing an existing Foundry Project ID.New Documentation Section: Introduced a collapsible section in the deployment guide with a summary and link to the new guide for reusing an existing Foundry Project.
Dedicated Guide: Created a new file,
