Purpose
This pull request updates the minimum required version of the Azure Developer CLI (azd) to 1.18.0 throughout the documentation and configuration files. It also adds prominent notes to ensure users are aware of this requirement before deployment.
Requirements and documentation updates:
azdfrom 1.15.0 (excluding 1.17.1) to 1.18.0 in theazure.yamlconfiguration file.README.mdanddocs/DeploymentGuide.md) to specify azd version 1.18.0+ instead of 1.15.0+.README.mdanddocs/DeploymentGuide.mdto inform users that azd version 1.18.0 or higher is required, including a download link for convenience.
