Pull Request Overview
This PR removes "Application" permission scheme from organization places permissions configuration, keeping only "DelegatedWork" permissions for managing organization places like conference rooms and room lists.
- Removes the entire "Application" permission configuration block
- Updates schemeKeys arrays to only include "DelegatedWork"
- Updates all path permission strings to use only "DelegatedWork" instead of "DelegatedWork,Application"
