Updates the PR commit-message checking workflow to block a broader set of AI/vendor/bot attribution patterns in commit trailers, aligning the repository’s PR gate with additional AI tooling identities.
Changes:
- Parses commit trailers once per commit and reuses the parsed output for multiple checks.
- Expands trailer checks to reject Anthropics/OpenAI noreply addresses, GitHub Copilot noreply addresses, and bot noreply addresses.
- Improves failure output by logging the offending commit hash/subject and simplifying summary messages.
